The report, itemized

| Services checked | available services | Availability and interface confirmed before starting; Google AI Overviews checked separately from assistant APIs |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer questions, recorded | 20 | for the one-time report — asked the way your customers ask: “water heater died,” “AC out,” “roof leak” |
| Competitor gap | tallied | response-level mention and recommendation counts, with denominators and sources |
| Diagnosis | plain English | business facts checked against sources; possible consequences labeled as hypotheses |
| Fix list | priority order | priority by factual severity, customer usefulness and effort; each action names the page and verification step |
| Optional business-facts export | included | owner-verified facts plus a publishing README; no assistant use or recommendation benefit promised |
| Delivery | 48 h | PDF, plus a 15-minute walkthrough call if you want it |
| Single Audit | $99 | flat — money-back if the report can’t hand you three real fixes |
One location, one trade, one baseline run per available service, one factual correction round and an optional 15-minute call. No ongoing monitoring or website installation.
Start with one real question
Email your business name, trade and area to support@askedandfound.com. You can copy the address without an email app. The free spot-check covers one question on one available service, with a dated answer and limitations. We confirm availability and a due time by email before starting. No follow-up sequence.
Asked & Found is in its pilot phase. The sample is fictional; no real customer result or operator biography has been published yet. The practical deliverable is evidence with exact corrections, checked by a human.
Inspect a real check of our own website: dated public HTTP evidence and a correction to our checker. It is not an assistant recommendation result.
Fair questions
What happens after I order?
Send your business name, trade, website, and service area. We check the assistants’ answers and email your report within 48 hours of complete intake and scope confirmation, including weekends. You get the answers, a prioritized fix list, your agent.json business file, and an optional 15-minute walkthrough call.
Is the monthly bundle available?
The bundle is an information request only. No subscription starts here. Availability, deliverables, usage limits, setup costs and cancellation must be agreed in writing before any sale. Ask us about the bundle separately.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
It’s the new half of it. SEO gets you into a list of blue links; this is about being the answer when there is no list — when an AI names two or three businesses and the customer calls one of them. What the machines read and trust overlaps with old-school SEO, but it isn’t the same, and the differences are exactly what the report maps.
What if AI already recommends me?
That’s useful to know. The report shows which questions name you, whether the details are accurate, and where competitors appear instead. Recommendations can vary by question and assistant; the report records what we found when we checked.
Do I need a new website?
We assess the existing facts and pages before recommending changes. If no defect exists, we say so. A correction can improve the usefulness of your business information, but changes to assistant recommendations are not guaranteed.
Why is it only $99?
It’s a fixed-scope, one-time report for Charlotte home-service businesses. No monthly plan is required. If your report contains fewer than three specific, doable fixes, reply to the report email for a full refund.
What’s this agent.json file?
A structured business file for your website: services, price ranges, service area, and hours. We prepare it with your report so you or your web person can publish consistent business details. It does not guarantee that an assistant will read it or recommend you. Every report includes the file; you can inspect an example in the sample report.
